Lea L. Grimard

She was born on December 13, 1938, the daughter of Paul and Maria (Dubois) Lavertue. She was educated in the local school system and attended St. Marie High School.

Prior to retirement, she was employed by New Hampshire Insurance Company for many years.

Lea loved boating, camping, and spending time with her family. She had enjoyed spending the winter months in Florida with her husband for the past nine years.

Members of her family include her husband of nearly 49 years, Alan Grimard of Manchester; one daughter, Jane Goulet of Manchester; two sons, David Grimard of Manchester and Daniel Grimard of Mississippi; five grandchildren, Meghan Grimard, Dylan Grimard, Sarah Bellofatto, Tina Goulet, and Gary Goulet; two brothers, Leo Lavertue and Marcel Lavertue, both of FL; one sister, Lorraine Lord of Manchester; nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A calling hour will take place on Monday at 10am at the Manchester Christian Church, 1308 Wellington Rd, Manchester. The funeral service will follow at 11am.
