Lea M. Savoie

Lea (Lavigne) Savoie, 81, of Hooksett, died November 13, 2003, at Merrimack County Nursing Home, Boscawen, after a brief illness.

She was born on December 5, 1921, and was the daughter of Alfred and Edeldau(Revard) Lavigne.

She was a member of The Holy Rosary Parish for many years.Mrs. Savoie had lived in Manchester and Hooksett most of her life.

She will be remembered for her kindness, and her love for children. Her cat "Blue sky" always managed to bring a smile to her face.

Family members include, a daughter Denise Ladd, of Pittsfield; 2 sons, Andre Savoie, of Hooksett and Denis Savoie, of Northwood; 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday November 15, 2003 in Holy Rosary Church, 21 Main St. Hooksett NH, 03106.

Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd. Manchester.
