Lena D. Welch

She received her education in Manchester and worked in many of Manchester's shoe shops. She was an easy going lady who enjoyed quilting, making afghans, and embroidery. In her spare time she kept up with her soap operas.

Family members include her husband of forty-four years, Richard Welch, of Manchester; a daughter, Suzanne Smith, of Manchester; 3 grandchildren, Jason, Kristen, Kevin; 2 great grandchildren, Tiffany, Isaac; she was pre-deceased by her daughter Denise Emery, in 2003.

A funeral Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St. Manchester. Burial followed at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Goffstown Rd. Manchester.
