Leo King Paris, 78, of Manchester, died September 14, 2021, at Community Hospice House after a period of declining health.
Leo, born on January 20, 1943, in Manchester, NH, the son of Henry Phillippe Paris Sr. and Marie Louise Corinne Paris, was an avid protector and lover of animals. His generous and kind nature made him likeable to all. A Manchester native, Leo attended Manchester West High School, joined the Army in 1964, and served until 1967. After leaving the Army, Leo returned to Manchester and went to work for New England Telephone and Telegraph Company where he stayed throughout his working life until his retirement.
He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Henry P Paris Jr., his sister-in-law Patricia Paris, and his brother-in-law Mohammed Guellil.
He is survived by his sister Clara J (Paris) Guellil, his nephew John Paris and his wife Shannon Martinez, his niece Deborah (Paris) Giaconia and her husband Matthew Giaconia, his nephew Michael Paris and his wife Eulalie Paris, his cousin Carol Sharpe, and several grand nieces and nephews and friends.
The family wishes to thank the dedicated staff at Community Hospice House for the loving care they provided.
All are welcomed to attend a committal service with military burial honors on Tuesday, September 21st at 11:30 am in St. Joseph Cemetery, 448 Donald St, Bedford, NH.
