Leonard A. Chalifour

He was born in Manchester on January 8, 1959. He was educated in the local school system.

Most recently, he had been employed as a union carpenter with Local 118 for many years.

Leonard loved building things and spending time at the mountains. He will be remembered as a loving husband, brother and friend to many.

Family members include his wife of 18 years Kathleen (Davis) Chalifour of Manchester; his step-children, Justin Jamroz of Manchester and Tara Jamroz of Derry; his grandchildren, Gage, Noah, and Gia Ferdinand; two brothers, Kenny Chalifour of Colorado and Dennis Chalifour of Connecticut; two sisters, Denise Maher of Manchester and Jeannie Chalifour of New Boston; many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A memorial Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Thursday, August 30, 2012 in the chapel at St. Joseph Cathedral, Lowell St.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH 03054.
