She was born in Manchester on November 5, 1921 to Francis and Josephine (Biron) Comeau. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Mrs. Bresnahan worked at Osram Sylvania in Manchester for 10 years. She enjoyed reading, cooking, watching television news and time spent with family. She was especially devoted to her husband of 62 years, James W. Bresnahan who died in 2009.
She was also predeceased by four siblings, Theresa Mihal, Hector Comeau, Bertram Comeau and Louis Comeau.
The family includes a niece, Gloria Fluet and her husband, Michael, of Candia; a sister in law, Anna Flaherty of Manchester and several other nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Mt. Carmel Nursing Home for the wonderful care they provided to Lillian.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday, January 23, 2014 in the chapel at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home, 235 Myrtle St., Manchester. Private burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
