Lillian M. DesRochers, 83, of Bedford, died September 13, 2003, at CMC after a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on July 21, 1920, and was the daughter of Aime and Mary (Simard) Simard.
She had lived in Bedford most of her life.
Mrs. DesRochers had worked at Foster Grant Factory, and food services at St. Anselm College, retiring in 1977.
She was communicant of Sacred Heart Church.
She was a member of the Les Dames De St. Anne and Catholic War Veterans auxiliary.
Mrs. DesRochers enjoyed playing cards, the company of her cat "Oreo" and the Sunday visits with her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Paul DesRochers in 1977, and her daughter Suzanne Provencher in 2003.
Family members include a daughter; Muriel Healy, of Warner, a son; Paul DesRochers, of Manchester; a brother, Leo Simard; a sister, Rita Pouliot, both of Goffstown; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday September 16, 2003 in Sacred Heart Church 223 So. Main St. Manchester.
Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery,474 Goffstown Rd. Manchester.
