She was born December 11, 1956 in Berlin, the daughter of Aurelien and Monique (Grondin) Racine. She graduated from Goffstown High School in 1975. Lise was self employed for many years, owner of First Impressions Embroidery. She enjoyed camping, boating at the lake, riding her motorcycle. She also loved vacationing and going on cruises, but most of all, spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered as loving, very creative, hardworking, strong willed and extremely vibrant.
Family members include her husband of 38 years, Roger E. Lavigne of Weare; two sons, Jeff Lavigne of Manchester and his son Daniel, and Scott Lavigne, his wife Jessica, and their son Trevor of Barnstead; her parents Aurelien and Monique Racine of Manchester; a sister, Diane Veilleux and her husband Rick of Manchester; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother Laurent Racine.
A Funeral Service took place on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm Street, Manchester, NH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, Bedford, NH, 03110.
