Lorette M. Deziel, 86, a lifelong resident of Manchester, died August 15, 2004 at a local health care facility after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester, NH on May 9, 1918, the daughter of Agenard and Antoinette (Labonte) Deziel. She was educated in the local school system.
Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as a marker for Crystal Laundry. Miss Deziel had worked for several local firms during her career including Chicopee Manufacturing, Amoskeag-Lawrence Mill, Pandora, Manchester Hoisery, and Mrs. Lemelin's Nursing Home.
She was a communicant of St. Anthony Church and was a member of the St. Anne Sodality.
Members of her family include her sister, Therese Deziel of Manchester; Two nieces, Claire (Couturier) Croteau of Nashua and Simone (Couturier) Boyd of Litchfield; Half-sisters Marie Rose Methot and Claire Sinotte, both of Manchester; Cousins and guardians Evelyn Gagnon of Hooksett and Madeleine Gaumont of Manchester; Many other cousins.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Anthony Church on Wednesday August 18, 2004. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
