Lorraine M. (Lambert) Cresswell, 86, of Manchester, died January 25, 2018 at Bedford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a period of declining health.
She was born in Manchester on November 2, 1931 to Lucien and Rose (Martel) Lambert. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Lorraine worked at Keller Products and Foster Grant, both in Manchester, for many years. She volunteered at the Red Cross in Manchester and enjoyed bowling and ceramics.
She was predeceased by her husband, David M. Cresswell in 1994 and a brother, Robert Lambert.
The family includes five children, Steven Cresswell and his wife, Trish, and Lance Cresswell and his wife, Teresa, all of Virginia, Christopher Cresswell of Manchester, Scott Cresswell of Utah and Darlene Cresswell-Moody and her husband, Aubrey, of Manchester; four grandchildren, John, Daniel, Mylen and Kimberly; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Joanne Zevos and her husband, Telly, and Priscilla Gauthier all of Manchester; and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Sacred Heart Church, 265 So. Main St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Pine Grove Cemetery Mausoleum, Calef Road, Manchester.
