Lorraine F. (Pratt) Lynch, 92, of Bedford, died January 24, 2016 at the Elliot Hospital after a short illness.
Born in Manchester on September 22, 1923, she was the daughter of Edward and Helen (Barry) Pratt. She graduated from St. Joseph High School for Girls and earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from Mount Saint Mary College in 1947.
She will be remembered as a feisty woman whose cherished time spent with her family.
Lorraine was a longtime active parishioner of St. Raphael Parish. She enjoyed knitting afghans and sweaters for the Hooksett Public Library and St. Raphael's Church
She was predeceased by her husband Franklin P. Lynch in 2002 and her son Thomas F. Lynch.
Family members include her son John Lynch and wife Maria of Bedford; her grandchildren, Matthew Lynch and wife Kenli, Brady and Sydney Lynch; great-grandchildren, Konnor, Karter, and Kohen.
A calling hour at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St, will be Friday from 9 to 10 am, followed by a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at St. Raphael Church at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
