She was born June 28, 1926 in Opp, Alabama, and was the daughter of William and Josie(Demovial-Cotton) Jowers. She had been a member of St. Patrick Church for many years.
Louise had been a homemaker from the time she was married in 1944 until 1973 when she began working as a ward secretary at Catholic Medical Center, until her retirement in 1988.
She will be remembered for her gardening skills that had people stopping along the banks of the Merrimack River to photograph her work. She was an avid quilter, cook, and seamstress, making many quilts and pillows for family and friends.
Family members include 2 daughters; Denise Monaghan, of Manchester, Cindy Boucher, of Goffstown; 3 sons, William Boucher, of Candia, Gary Boucher, of Manchester, David Boucher, of Hooksett; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Louise was predeceased by her husband Roland Boucher, in 1993.
A funeral liturgy took place in the funeral home on Thursday September 6, 2007.
Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
