Louise A. Bousquet, 90, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2022, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home, after a period of declining health.

Born in Manchester on June 28, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Alexandre and Eva (Vigneault) Allison. She was raised and educated in Manchester and was a graduate of St. George School for Girls. Louise lived most of her adult life in Bedford, NH, and enjoyed her retirement living in the warm Florida sunshine.

Louise loved spending time traveling to new places, especially while living in Florida. She was extremely social and enjoyed spending time with friends and going to lunch together. She especially enjoyed lobster on her birthday. Louise was always very happy and giving, with the most generous soul. Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving and devoted, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Louise was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Sylva J. Bousquet in 1999. She was also predeceased by two brothers, Gerard and Clovis Allison.

Surviving family members include two daughters, Sylvia (Jim) Thompson of Weare, NH, and Debra Bousquet of Tennessee; three sons, Frank (Denise) Bousquet of Epsom, NH, Jon (Pam) Bousquet of Missouri, and David Gerard of Nebraska; six grandchildren, Megan, Allison, Jaimes, Christopher, Bethann and Caleb; seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: There are no calling hours. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, May 23rd, at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester, NH 03104. Committal Prayers will follow at 2:30 pm at NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 DW Highway, Boscawen, NH, 03303. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: NH Veterans Cemetery Association, Inc., PO Box 626, Concord, NH 03302-0626.
