Louise P. Lauzon, 95, of Hooksett, died May 27, 2002, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Hardwick, MA, May 16, 1907, she was the daughter of Alfred and Celina (Bernard) Plouffe. She lived many years in Manchester and had been a Hooksett resident for 20 years.
Mrs. Lauzon retired in 1969 from J.F. McElwain Shoe Co. where she worked 27 years.
She was a communicant of St. Marie Church.
She volunteered at bingo at St. Marie Church and at the Alpine Club
She was married to Joseph A. Lauzon, who died in 1989.
Family members include a son, Robert J. Lauzon of Manchester; 3 daughters, Mrs. Peter (Claire) Martineau of Manchester, Cecile B. Lauzon of Hooksett, and Mrs. Roger (Rita) Beaupre of Epping; nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Thursday May 30, 2002 am in St. Marie Church. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
