She was born in Raynham, MA, on December 12, 1926 to George and Juliette (Plante) Mador. She entered the Congregation of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary in 1945 and made her Perpetual Vows in 1948.
Sr. Louise earned a bachelor's degree in education from Rivier College in Nashua. She then taught in elementary schools in Rhode Island and New Hampshire for 52 years. She also worked at Regina Library, at Rivier College, as a professional bookbinder and rendered other library services for 14 years.
The family includes two sisters, Pauline Davidzuk of Taunton, MA and Georgette Cloutier and her husband, Normand, of N. Attleboro, MA; one brother, George Mador and his wife, Elaine, of Bridgewater, MA; and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, March 17, 2014 in the Resurrection Chapel of St. Marie Residence, 495 Mammoth Rd., Manchester. Burial will be in Presentation of Mary Cemetery in Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presentation of Mary Retirement Fund, 495 Mammoth Rd., Manchester, NH 03104.
