Following retirement, Lou and Muriel enjoyed time in Moultonborough, NH and Jupiter, Florida. Many wonderful memories were made and beyond his faith in God, his wife and family were always foremost in Lucien’s heart.
He was a devout Roman Catholic, serving as a board member of West Side Regional School, Trinity High School, and the Diocesan School Board during his time in Manchester.
Passing on the day of their 65th wedding anniversary, Lucien is survived by his wife Muriel, four sons: Charles and his wife Janice, Thomas and his wife Wendy, James and his wife Monique, Jeffrey and his wife Kami. 10 grandchildren: Alyssa, Kristina, Renee Deines and her husband Michael, Thomas Jr, Timothy, Nicholas, Andrew, Matthew and his wife Jennifer, Jordan and Chase and one great-granddaughter Charlotte. He is also survived by four sisters: Simone Belliveau, Terrie Weintraub, Constance Ruel, and Lori Schaefer and previously deceased by his sister Claire Simard.
Special thanks to the staff at Riverwoods Manchester and Amedisys Hospice for their love and support.
