Lucienne M. Raiche

Lucienne M. Raiche, 93, of Manchester, died June 3, 2002, at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Manchester, May 17, 1909, she was the daughter of Charles and Clairina (Plourde) Harris. She was a lifelong resident of this city.

She was married to Edouard Raiche, who died in 1987. Her son, Marcel "Max" Raiche, died suddenly yesterday while visiting her.

Family members include a son, Robert E. Raiche Sr. of Manchester; 2 daughters, Lorraine Lavigne and Mrs. Donald (Paulette) Auger, both of Manchester; 16 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday June 8, 2002 in St. Catherine Church, corner of Webster and Hemlock streets, Manchester.
