She had been a member of the former St. Ann parish. She lived her entire life in Manchester.
For many years Lucille worked at the former Pandora Mills, Notre Dame de Lordes Hospital and later at E&R laundry before being forced to retire by her disease.
She will be remembered for her soft spoken, gentle, kind, and loving ways.
Family members include a daughter, Angela Dufield, of Claremont; 2 sons, John Barton III, of Petersburg VA, Mark Daigle, of Suncook; a grandson and a grand daughter; her close friends Margaret Bailey, Mary Lachapelle and Louise Werner, and all of her friends at the O'Malley high rise.
A funeral Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at St. Joseph Cathedral chapel, Lowell St.
Burial followed in Mt Calvary Cemetery, Goffstown Rd.
Memorial donations can be made in Lucille's name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Manchester, 360 Route 101 # Unit 5 Bedford, NH 03110.
