Lucille (Boufford) Therrien, 91, formerly of Manchester, NH, died at Sumter Place in The Villages, FL, on December 10, 2016. She was the last surviving offspring of Henry and Felexine (Labbe) Boufford.
Lucille was a lifelong resident of Manchester until she moved to Sumter Place, a Florida retirement community, in December 2014. She and her husband raised their family on the West side of Manchester and were communicants of Ste. Marie parish.
Lucille was raised in Haverhill, MA, where she attended and graduated from Haverhill High School in 1943. Later in life she attended Hesser College in Manchester.
Lucille is predeceased by her husband of 59 years Henry who died in 2005 and her son Norman who died at the age of 2 in 1950. She is survived by her remaining 3 children, Gerald and his wife Rita who live in Manchester, NH, Anita who lives on the Big Island, HI, and Dennis and his wife Arlene who live in The Villages, FL, as well as 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Lucille expressed her wish that any memorial contributions be made to her lifelong preferred charity of St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN, or www.stjude.org/donate
A graveside committal service will take place on Monday, June 19th at 11:00 am in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
