Lucille (Lambert) Lacerte, 82, of Manchester, died peacefully on April 10, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester on June 19, 1942, she was the daughter of the late William and Valeda (Turcotte) Lambert. She attended St. Joseph High School for Girls and a lifelong resident of the Queen City. Prior to her retirement in 2011, Lucille had worked as quality control inspector for Textron Corp. in both Wilmington and Lowell, MA
Lucille was an adventurous world traveler, journeying across the globe with her beloved partner, Robert Nalezinski. Together, they marveled at the Great Wall of China, soaked in the beauty of Tahiti, explored the rich culture of Japan, and embraced the history of Israel—just a few of the many destinations they visited. A true free spirit, Lucille radiated joy and lived life to the fullest, always ready for a celebration. She was a fireball of energy, bringing laughter and warmth to every gathering. When she wasn’t off exploring new places, she cherished hosting barbecues in her backyard, spending treasured moments with family and friends on her gazebo and patio. Above all, she will be remembered for the love and devotion she poured into her roles as a mother, grandmother, aunt, partner, and friend.
Lucille was predeceased by her former husband, Robert Lacerte and brother, Roger Lambert.
Family members include her children, Lionel Lacerte and wife Caroline of Bedford, Roland Lacerte of Manchester, Jeannine Giovagnoli and husband Daniel of Auburn and Mark Lacerte of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Jason and Jenna Axne, Kyle and Jeremy Lacerte and Lisa Lacerte; two nephews, Thomas Lambert and wife Kelly and Gregg Lambert and wife Brooke.
