Lucille Marie Lachance

Lucille Marie (Boisclair) Lachance, 93, formerly of 299 Sagamore St, Manchester died March 22, 2005 at the Elliot Hospital after a period of declining health.

She was born in Manchester on August 18, 1911, the daughter of Joseph D. and Marie (Perreault) Boisclair. She had lived at Villa Crest Nursing Facility for the past 8 months. She was raised in Laconia and moved to the Manchester area at the age of 18.

Prior to retirement, she had been employed as a coil cutter with Osram-Sylvania. She had also worked many years at Arms Textiles.

She was a member of AARP.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Louis F. Lachance in April of 2004.

Members of her family include 2 sisters, Alice Lavoie of Epping, NH and Rita Gagnon of Manchester; many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Catherine Church on Monday March 28, 2005 with the Rev. Raymond Gagnon officiating. Burial followed in NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
