Lucille T. Martel

Lucille T. (Desmarais) Martel, 76, of Hooksett died October 18, 2003 at CRVNA Hospice House, Concord.

Born in Manchester on April 6, 1927, she was the daughter of Cyprien and Regina (Belanger) Desmarais. She lived in Manchester many years before moving to Hooksett 37 years ago.

Mrs. Martel worked at New Hampshire Insurance Company/AIG in the claims and reinsurance departments for 32 years. She retired in 1989.

The family includes her husband of 45 years, Roger Martel of Hooksett; a brother, Ovila Desmarais of Manchester; a sister, Cyprienne Gosselin of Manchester; several nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday October 22, 2003 in St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
