Sister Lucy Anna Roy, C.S.C. (Sr. St. Lucy of the Trinity), 90, of the 357 Island Pond Rd., Manchester, died December 23, 2004, at Holy Cross Health Center.
Born October 19, 1914 in St. Nazaire, Upton Quebec, Canada, she was the daughter of Elphege and Marie (Cloutier) Roy.
She entered the Congregation of the Sisters of Holy Cross at St. Laurent, Montreal, in 1935 and made her final profession in 1942.
She earned a BA degree from Rivier College, Nashua, in 1956 and a Masters in Education from Boston College in 1962.
Sister Lucy taught for 14 years in parochial schools in N. Grosvenordale, CT, Fall River, MA., Nashua and Manchester, NH. She also served as parochial school principal in New Bedford, MA for 6 years.
From 1970 to 1990 she served as counselor to incoming freshman at Trinity High School.
She continued her ministry as part time educator until 1997.
Family members include a brother, Victor L. Roy of Pawcatuck, CT; several nieces and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday December 29, 2004 in the chapel of St. George Manor. Burial followed in St. Augustin Cemetery.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester, was in charge of arrangements.
