Marcelle B. Fortier

Marcelle B. Fortier, 84, of Manchester died January 8, 2005 at Catholic Medical Center after a long illness.

Born in Manchester on July 12, 1920, she was the daughter of Arthur and Marie (Perreault) Fortier. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

She worked as a secretary at the NH Vocational Technical School in Manchester and as a social worker for several government agencies for many years. She was a communicant of St. Catherine Church.

The family includes two nephews, Michael J. Murphy of Manchester and Gary Murphy of Jersey City, NJ and one niece, Patricia A. Murphy of Atlanta, GA.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday January 11, 2005 in St. Catherine Church, corner of Webster and Hemlock streets, Manchester. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
