Margaret M. Fitzpatrick

Margaret M. (Crotty) Fitzpatrick, 79, of Manchester, NH died July 11, 2004 at the Elliot Hospital after a brief illness.

She was born in Pawtucket, RI on July 28th, 1924, the daughter of Edward J. and Anne (O'Connor) Crotty. She was educated in the Manchester school system. She was a graduate of Hesser Business College.

Until her retirement, she was employed by William Carter Company in Needham, MA. Prior to that, she had worked for Liberty Mutual for many years.

Mrs. Fitzpatrick loved dancing, the seashore, traveling and above all her grandchildren. She was a communicant of St. Catherine Church.

Members of her family include her husband of 54 years, Edward V. Fitzpatrick of Manchester; 5 sons, John Fitzpatrick of Washburn, WI, James Fitzpatrick of Ashland, WI, Martin E. Fitzpatrick of Needham, MA, Thomas Fitzpatrick of Douglas, MA, and Richard Fitzpatrick of Goffstown, NH; 13 grandchildren; Two brothers, Edward J. Crotty of Manchester and John P. Crotty of Sarasota, FL; One sister, Eleanor Shaw of Manchester; several nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Catherine Church on Thursday July 15, 2004. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
