Margaret R. Mullen

Margaret (Rush) Mullen, 85, of Manchester died June 23, 2002 in her residence after a brief illness.

Born in New York, NY on July 13, 1916, she was the daughter of Patrick and Margaret (McEnery) Rush. She lived in New York City for most of her life before moving to Manchester 23 years ago.

She graduated from Julia Richmond High School and later attended Hunter College both in New York City.

Before raising her family, she had worked at J.P. McGuire Company in New York City for several years.

She was married to Thomas R. Mullen who died in 1994.

The family includes two daughters, Mrs. Peter (Peggy) Schmid of Rochester Hills, MI and Marilyn C. Mullen of Manchester; a granddaughter, Erica Schmid of Boston, MA; many nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday June 28, 2002 in St. Catherine Church, corner of Webster and Hemlock streets, Manchester. Encryptment was in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
