Margaret O'Neill

 Margaret (O’Brien) O’Neill, 89, of Manchester died February 22, 2025 after a period of declining health.

 Born in Manchester on March 17, 1935, she was the daughter of Joseph and Jeannie (Baranski) O’Brien.

 She graduated from St. Joseph High School for Girls in 1953.

 She was the beloved wife of John P. O’Neill with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.

 Peggy lived a fulfilling life as a mother and was devoted to her Catholic Faith. She was a communicant of the former Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church where she served as vice president of the Ladies Guild.

 She was an avid reader and enjoyed preparing meals and especially deserts for the whole family. She enjoyed many trips to Hampton and Rye Beaches with her family.

 Family members include her husband, John P. O’Neill of Manchester; her sons, Kevin and Brian O’Neill of Manchester; her daughter, Patricia Luicha of Manchester; grandchildren, Brendan Karanasios of Henderson, NV, Kathryn O’Neill of Mooresville, NC, Nathan, Matthew and Ryan Luicha of Manchester; sister, Genevieve McGuigan of Manchester; many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph, John, Walter and Robert O’Brien.

 Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, will be Thursday, February 27th from 10 am to noon, followed by a service in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
