Maria L. Gregoire

Born in St. Samuel, Quebec, she was the daughter of Achille and Clara (Halle) Duquette. She lived in Manchester most of her life.

Mrs. Gregoire worked at Evangeline Shoe Company and Caldor for many years.

She was married to Albert E. Gregoire who died in 1974.

The family includes a daughter, Mrs. Socrates (Jacqueline) Macrigeanis of Manchester; a sister, Beatrice Gelinas of Columbia, MD; a step brother, Gerard Duquette of Quebec and several nieces and nephews.

IN HER LIFE: Maria died peacefully at home with Jackie and Soc at her side. Mom reminded us of what a long road she had been on and it was time for her journey. She touched so many lives in her long life its fitting, family and friends, that we walk in the world for her and sing a happy melody. Keep the memory of her alive in your heart forever. God speed Mom. We love you.

SERVICES: Encryptment of cremated remains was at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, Manchester at the convenience of the family.
