Marie-Ange F. (Gelinas) Biron, 79, of Manchester died January 5, 2002 at Elliot Hospital.
Born in Manchester on March 2, 1922, she was the daughter of Joseph and Yvonne (Caron) Gelinas. She was a graduate of Central High School and was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Mrs. Biron worked at Catholic Medical Center as a ward clerk for many years. She was an active resident of Bishop Primeau Apartments, and was a longtime communicant of St. Marie Church.
She was married to Joseph Germain Biron who died in 1984.
The family includes a son, Bernard F. Biron of Litchfield; two daughters, Claudette Odesse of Goffstown and Therese Finn of Manchester; eight grandchildren; two step grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a sister, Helen Moquin of Bedford; three brothers, Norman Gelinas of Bedford, Fernand Gelinas of Manchester and Andrew Gelinas of Epsom; nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were January 7, 2002 in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester. A mass of Christian burial was celebrated January 8, 2002 in St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
