Marjorie (Stillings) Dugas, 90, of Manchester died May 21, 2017 surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Berwick, ME on April 29, 1927, the daughter of Maurice and Doris (Allen) Stillings. She was educated in the Berwick school system and attended MacIntosh College.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed as a legal secretary by Sheehan, Phinney, Bass, and Green Law Firm for many years.
Marjorie loved to travel, collect stamps and both square and round dance. She was a longtime active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Manchester. Above all else, she cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Arthur J. Dugas in 2014.
Family members include her sons, Gary Dugas and wife Ida of Kennebunk, ME, Glenn Dugas and wife Barbara of Bow; her daughters, Gayle Alberico and husband Jerry of Dedham, MA and Lisa Sargent and husband Scott of Effingham; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; one sister, Sheila Moody of Groton, MA; nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 in First Presbyterian Church, Second Street. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Berwick, ME at a later date.
