Mark James Condon

April 20, 1958 — August 26, 2025

Manchester, NH

Mark James Condon, 67, of Manchester, passed away on August 26, 2025, surrounded by family, following complications from Parkinson’s disease.

Born April 20, 1958, in Warwick, RI, he was the son of John and Lois (Brawley) Condon. Mark graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School in 1976 and earned his degree from Rhode Island College.

He built a long and successful career in sales, most notably as Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group, where he worked for over 27 years and was frequently named Salesman of the Year. He also held positions with Yoo-Hoo and Orangina.

Mark had a deep love for life’s simple pleasures—golfing, beach days, traveling and sharing good meals with his wife, family and friends. He was defined by his quiet generosity, deep loyalty and calming presence. Steady and thoughtful, he made others feel instantly at ease and never arrived without a kind word or small gift that showed he’d been thinking of you. That same warmth and humility earned him respect not only at home, but also throughout his professional life. Even in death, Mark’s giving spirit endured—he was an organ donor, giving the gift of life to three people and contributing to critical medical research. He lived and left this world with grace and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A piece of Mark and his wife’s legacy lives on in Kennebunkport, Maine—a coastal haven they lovingly chose to be part of their journey together in retirement.

He was predeceased by his father, John; his mother, Lois; and his brother, Stephen Condon.

Family members include his wife, Karen Cyr-Condon of Manchester; his sons, Nicholas Condon of South Kingston, RI and Christopher Condon of Brandywine, MD; his step-sons, Sam Harris and wife Victoria of Manchester and Liam Harris of Manchester; and his former wife, Donna (Koussa) Condon.
