Marnita L. "Petey" Moore, 61, of Manchester, NH passed away unexpectedly May 1, 2018 at Catholic Medical Center after a yearlong battle with cancer.
She was born in Winsted, CT April 27, 1957 to Frank J. and Marguerite (Lyras) Lambert. She grew up in Winsted where she attended local schools. She had been a Manchester resident the past 25 years.
She worked at Osram Sylvania for more than 20 years.
Family members include her son, Robert J. "BJ" Groman, Jr. of Manchester and his father, Robert J. Groman, Sr. of Winsted, CT; three sisters, Annie Shaefer of Barkhamsted, CT, Jessica Shopey of New Port Richey, FL, and Noreen Boisvert of Torrington, CT; a brother, Frank J. Lambert, Jr. of New Hartford, CT; several nieces and nephews.
She loved her cats. They were her pets and babies.
Rest well Petey. You will always be with us.
A celebration of life will take place in Connecticut at a later date.
