Mary (Boisvert) Dallaire, of Manchester, passed away peacefully January 29, 2016 at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home at the age of 102.
Mary was born in Canada and worked in Manchester mills and shoe factories. During WWII, she was a welder at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
She was an avid card and bingo player, loved music and dancing and enjoyed her many trips to Las Vegas. She adored her grandchildren and enjoyed life to the fullest. She had a great sense of humor and spread love and joy to all who knew her.
She was a member of St. Marie Church.
Mary was predeceased by her loving husband, Emile, her sisters, Ida Barbin, Laurette Lefebvre, Aline Dugas, Irene Nordle, Rita Beaudette, Marcelle Laverdure, Marguerite Boisvert and brother, Hector "Parker" Boisvert.
She is survived by her daughters, Doris (Dottie) Edmiston and husband, Ron, and Jane Graveline and husband, Roger; six grandchildren, Karen, Darlene, Brian, Tia, Ronnie & Sharyn and eight great-grandchildren, Sarah, Derek, Matt, Bailey, Sydne, Jake, Reese and Gage.
Visiting hours will be on Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 9-11am. Committal prayers will follow in Mt Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her name to Mt. Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 235 Myrtle St. Manchester, NH 03104.
