Mary S. Dyrkacz, 86, of Manchester died December 31, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester on December 26, 1932, she was the daughter of Joseph and Genevieve (Kula) Myrdek. She was educated in the local school system and graduated from Manchester West High School.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed by Automatic Data Processing for many years.
Mary enjoyed traveling, one of most memorable trips was to Alcatraz with Michael Manning, her lunches with the girls organized by her niece Janice Hamel and her breakfasts at Blakes with Zach and Memere.
Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished time spent with family.
Her family would like to extend a sincere appreciation to both the VNA Home, Health & Hospice Program in Merrimack, especially Kim, as well as the Visiting Angels for their support during Mary's final days.
She was predeceased by her husband Joseph and her two brothers, Joseph and Frederick Myrdek.
Family members include her longtime companion, Michael Manning of Manchester; her sons, Peter Dyrkacz and wife Holly of FL and NH, Michael Dyrkacz and wife Pamela of Manchester; her grandchildren, Joseph and wife Paula, Joshua and companion Samantha, Sarah Melia and husband Marc, Brandon and wife Amber, and Nicholas Chase; great-grandchildren, Zachary Levesque, Harper and Jack Dyrkacz, Leila Dyrkacz; one sister, Priscilla Masse of Concord; and nephews, nieces and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday, January 7, 2019 in St. Raphael Church, Walker St. Burial followed with her husband in St. Hedwig Cemetery, Bedford.
