Mary A. Kelsey

Born in Waterbury, CT on March 7, 1932, she was the daughter of Harold and Mary (Moran) Blacker. She lived in Clinton, CT many years and in Litchfield briefly before moving to Manchester in 1995.

Mrs. Kelsey worked as a nurse's aide for many years.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend and will be remembered for her understanding and sense of humor.

The family includes five children, Mary "Cindy" Czeciuk and Joyce J. Barley both of Manchester, Rosalind M. Briody of Crestview, FL, Kris N. Bennett of Manchester and Jarman "Jay" Kelsey of Salem; 18 grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Dalzell of Litchfield and cousins, nieces and nephews.

IN HER LIFE: The family also includes four sons in law, Joseph Czeciuk, John Barley, Joseph Briody and Richard Bennett; and a daughter in law, Nicole Kelsey. Special thanks to a niece, Susan Pouliot for her dedicated care to her aunt.

The funeral was held Friday May 4, 2007 at the funeral home. After cremation, burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester.
