Mary M. Lavoie

Mary M. Lavoie, 75, of Manchester, died February 17, 2003, at Courville at Manchester, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Otter River, Mass, September 22, 1927, she was the daughter of Edmond and Julia (Conners) Jaillet. She lived many years in Manchester and also lived at Granite Hills in Hooksett for a time.

She was a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College in Boston.

Mrs. Lavoie retired in 1994 after working 20 years at McGraw Hill.

She was married to Roland J. Lavoie, who died in 1995.

Family members include 3 daughters, Jeanne Lavoie of San Francisco, CA, Anne Ahronian of Holden, MA, and Ellen Cooke of Dover, NH; 2 sons, R. Patrick Lavoie of Auburn, ME, and Thomas R. Lavoie of Manchester; 11 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Anne Brown of Gardner, MA, and Sheila Erickson of Hubbardston, MA; nieces, nephews and cousins.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Thursday February 20, 2003 in St. Martin Church, Route 68, Otter River, MA. Burial was in St. John's Cemetery, Gardner, MA.
