Mary Sansoucie

Mary Sansoucie, 85, of Manchester, died July 8, 2004, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA, after a brief illness.

Born in Manchester, October 8, 1918, she was the daughter of Pawel and Rosalia (Urbowicz) Wolanski. She was a lifelong resident of this city.

She was married to George O. SanSoucie who died in 2001.

Along with her husband, she owned, operated, and served as president of Arcadian Manufacturing Co. for 50 years. She was also the bookkeeper for SanSoucie Lawnmower Sharpening Co, GAM Electronics, and Marylee Wedge Heel Co. in Derry. She had been president of Star Plastic Injection Molding Co. and was a financial consultant at Omni Footwear until 1999.

Mrs. Sansoucie had once served as co-treasurer of the New Hampshire Wing of the Civil Air Patrol.

Family members include three daughters, Ellen Porterfield of Winchester, VA, Mary Barton of Bedford, and Diane Molloy of Manchester; two sons, Roger SanSoucie of Manchester and Richard Sansoucie of Bedford; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a sister Anna Myslivy of Jacksonville, FL; nieces and nephews.

The funeral was held Wednesday July 14, 2004 in the funeral home.
