Maryanne Welch

Maryanne (Lawlor) Welch, 75, of Manchester, died April 18, 2007, at Catholic Medical Center, after a long illness.

She was born in Manchester on September 16, 1931, and was the daughter of Frank and Anna (Cronin) Lawlor. She had been a resident of the Manchester area most of her life.

She attended local schools and was a member of St. Joseph Cathedral Parish.

Mary had worked in the hospitality industry for most of her working life, most recently at the Athens restaurant.

She will be remembered for her love of her family, and friends and her giving spirit. She had a fondness for animals.

Family members include her 2 daughters; Deborah McCoy, of ME, Nancy Marchillo, of NH; 2 grandchildren, Meghan Kristy McCoy, Scott Charles Marchillo; a sister, Muriel Mills of Manchester; a brother, Edward Lawlor, of Manchester; nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday April 26, 2007 in St. Joseph Cathedral Chapel, Lowell St. Manchester. Burial was at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to Friends of Animals Shelter, 490 Dunbarton Road Manchester, NH 03102.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St. corner of North St. assisted the family with the arrangements.
