Maureen Mahan

She was born to the late Walter and Virginia Mahan in Manchester on December 17, 1949 and was a lifelong resident of the city. A graduate of Manchester Memorial High, Notre Dame College, and Suffolk University, she was a dedicated elementary school teacher in Manchester for almost four decades.

She is survived by her sisters, Kathleen Kamveris and her husband, Peter, of Manchester; Anne Griner and her husband, Paul, of Louisville, KY: Ginny Mahan of Manchester; her brother, John Mahan and his wife, Peg, of Andover, MA; she is also survived by nine nephews and nieces: Colin, Kerry, Ginny, Trevor, Tristan, Sarah, Jack, Kelan, and Maggie; and two great-nieces, Meagan and Emily. In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by her brother, Walter L. Mahan, Jr.

Funeral services will be private at a later date.
