Maurice A. Boisvert

March 26, 1921 — December 9, 2003

Maurice A. Boisvert, 82, of Manchester died December 9, 2003 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.

Born in Manchester on March 26, 1921, he was the son of Hormidas and Marie (Plourde) Boisvert. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

During World War II he served in the U.S. Air Force. He later worked for the American Red Cross in Manchester for many years.

He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars post 8214 and the American Legion post 43.

He was married to Amelia (Luisi) Boisvert who died in 1981.

The family includes an aunt, Beatrice Boisvert of Bedford; four nephews, Raymond Boisvert of Manchester, Paul Boisvert of Chichester, Andre Boisvert and Robert Boisvert both of Manchester.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday December 12, 2003 in Parish of the Transfiguration, corner of Kelley and Youville streets, Manchester. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
