Michael E. Lavoie

Michael E. Lavoie, 69, originally of Manchester died Friday February 2, 2024 in Bedford after a period of declining health.  His family was by his side.

Born November 5, 1954 in Manchester, he was the son of Paula C. (Durocher) & Armand G. Lavoie, the 6^th of their 8 children.  He grew up in Manchester and attended local schools.

Michael had a career in food services at Southern New Hampshire University.  The job he loved was at Kings Bowling Alley where he worked for over 30 years.  He also loved to play cards and spend time with his numerous friends and family.  He will be remembered for his social and gregarious personality.   Michael will be missed by all who loved him.

Michael is survived by his siblings Paul Lavoie & his wife Deborah of Hooksett, Roger Lavoie of Manchester, George Lavoie & his wife Linda of Manchester, John Lavoie & his wife Frances of Manchester, Denise Beaunoyer of Manchester, Donna Rheault of Manchester, and Albert Lavoie & his wife Rebecca of Dover; and many nieces & nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents and his brothers-in-law Ray Beaunoyer and Joseph Rheault.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be Wednesday February 7^th from 2 to 4 pm at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester, followed by a service in the funeral home at 4 pm.
