Muriel T. (Paris) Boisjolie, 71, of Manchester, NH, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on December 10, 1954 in Manchester, NH to the late George and Rita (Marcoux) Paris.
Muriel graduated from West High School in Manchester in 1973 and went on to work as a patient service representative at The Elliot Hospital. She took pride in working at Citizens Bank, Augies, Elliot Senior Center and as a Function Coordinator and Bar Tender at Intervale Country Club for 14 years.
Muriel enjoyed spending time at the beach and cooking for her family. She was also very fond of doing crosswords, puzzles and watching sentimental movies. Muriel liked to travel for special occasions like family gatherings. When her children were younger, she enjoyed spending many summers at the Paris family camp on Baboosic Lake. She regularly attended events at the Palace Theater in Manchester.
Muriel is survived by her husband of 21 years: Richard Boisjolie; two children: Jill Hoffmann, Erik Hoffmann and his wife Sarah; seven grandchildren: Adrianna, Brenden, Trevor, Abigail, Henry, Wyatt and Atleigh; nine siblings: Claire Roy and her husband Dick, Diane Carey, Lorraine Trudel and her husband Don, Al Paris and his wife Sharon, Richard Paris and his wife Joann, Gisele Trudel, Ray Paris and his wife Susan, Anita Clayton and husband Bob, Paul Paris and wife Elisabeth; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her first husband and the father to her children: Russell Hoffmann.
SERVICES: A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Sacred Heart Church, 265 S. Main St. in Manchester at 10am. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
