Muriel D. Spenard

Muriel D. Spenard, 75, of Manchester, died October 21, 2006 at her residence following a brief illness.

She was born in Manchester, NH on September 20, 1931, the daughter of Albert and Armoza (St. Pierre) Giguere.

She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

Mrs. Spenard worked as an office receptionist for Dr. Bellow's Eye Center for many years.

She was a member of Ste. Marie Parish where she also sang in the choir.

Mrs. Spenard loved spending time with her family and friends at her beach house. She also enjoyed gardening, playing cards, attending her grandchildren's sports activities and music concerts.

Her husband Leon G. Spenard predeceased her in 1996.

Members of her family include two sons, Bertrand H. Spenard of Manchester and Daniel A. Spenard and his wife Sharon of Manchester; two daughters, Doreen Boissonneault and her husband Pierre, and Christine Spenard, both of Manchester; four grandchildren, Lee, Danny, Matthew and Danielle; two sisters, Violet Croteau and Noella MacDougall both of Manchester; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was be celebrated on Tuesday October 24, 2006 at Ste Marie Church with burial following in Mt Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd.
