Myron S. Rybczyk, 84, formerly of 23 Lingard St., Manchester died June 2, 2002 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester on August 14, 1917, he was the son of Joseph and Anna (Bara) Rybczyk. He lived in Manchester all of his life.
During World War II he served in the U.S. Army and participated in the invasion of Normandy at Omaha Beach.
Mr. Rybczyk owned and operated Myron, Inc., an electrical contracting business, for over 40 years.
He was married to Alice A. (Bertrand) (Paris) Rybczyk, who died in 1998.
The family includes three children, Joan C. O'Connor of Thousand Oaks, CA, Robert T. Paris of Nashua and David Paris of Hooksett; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three sisters, Clara Dionne and Violet Rouleau both of Manchester and Matilda Kaminski; nieces and nephews.
A memorial reception was Thursday June 6, 2002 in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester.
A memorial mass of Christian burial was Thursday June 6, 2002 in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Elm St., Manchester.
