Myrtle C. Horne

Myrtle C. Horne, 70, of Manchester, died September 5, 2003 at her residence after a long illness.

Born in Chataguy, NY, on April 3, 1933. She was the daughter of Nathaniel and Rose Mary (Pettis) Lawrence. She has been a resident of Manchester for the past 56 years.

She was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Parish.Myrtle was a loving person, who will be remembered for her chocolate cream pies, and home baked bread.She was predeceased in 2001, by her husband of 51 years, William R. Horne.

Family members include six children, Linda A. Longden, Mary Gingras, David W. Horne, John F. Horne, all of Manchester, Robert F. Horne, of Sanborton, Joan Marie Manning, of Belmont; a daughter in law, Debra Horne of Manchester; 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; a sister, Mamie Reed, of North Conway.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated September 8, 2003 in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Elm St. Manchester NH.

Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery,448 Donald St. Bedford NH.
