Noella B. Fortin

Noella B. Fortin, 74, of Manchester, died October 18, 2001, at her residence after a brief illness.

Born in Manchester, November 27, 1926, she was the daughter of Adolphe and Albertine (Michaud) Biron. She had lived in Presque Isle, Maine for 10 years and had been a Manchester resident most of her life.

She worked for NH Insurance Co for several years and had also worked for A.M.F. Co.

Mrs. Fortin was a member of the Tau Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi.

She was a communicant of St. Catherine Church.

Family members include her husband of 51 years, Andy Fortin of Manchester; her three children, Daniel P. Fortin of Bedford, Gloria Fortin MacNeil, and Marc A. Fortin, both of Manchester; 2 grandchildren, Nicholas and Alexandra Fortin, both of Manchester; 2 brothers, Gerard Biron of Concord, and Andre Biron of Naples, FL; a sister, Pauline St. Cyr of Ashland; many nieces & nephews.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated October 22, 2001, in St. Catherine Church, Webster St., Manchester. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
