Octavie A. Rivard

Octavie A. (Chaput) Rivard, 90, of Hollywood, FL died January 15, 2005 in Lauderdale Lakes, FL.

Born in Manchester on April 17, 1914, she was the daughter of Joseph and Aurelie (Beaudet) Chaput.

Mrs. Rivard owned Model Motel and Cottages at Wears Beach in Laconia for 30 years. She also owned Model Laundry in Manchester for several years. She was a member of the Little Flower Catholic Church in Hollywood.

She was married to Roland A. Rivard who died in 1975.

The family includes a daughter, Linda Rivard of Dania Beach, FL; two grandchildren and one great granddaughter; three brothers, Maurice Chaput of Bedford, Sylvio Chaput of Manchester and Raymond Chaput of Virginia Beach, VA; three sisters, Simone Beliveau, Monique Chamberlain and Claire Lamontagne all of Manchester; many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday January 20, 2005 in Sacred Heart Church, 223 So. Main St., Manchester. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester
