Orianna Dolbec

August 15, 1931 — December 9, 2009

Orianna Dolbec, 78, of Manchester, died December 9, 2009 at her residence after a period of declining health.

She was born in Stoneway, P.Q. Canada August 15, 1931 to Arthur and Marie (Rheaum) Breton. She had been a resident of Manchester's west side since 1960.

She worked for Chicopee Mills for a time and for Velcro USA for 32 years.

After her retirement she traveled to The Holy Land, Egypt and the Canadian Rockies.

She enjoyed sewing, baking and was a first place winner in "My Own Time" quilting exhibition. She enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds, attending Fisher Cats games and was an active member of the West Side Senior Group. She also enjoyed monthly gatherings with friends at the Back Room Restaurant as well as playing the NH Lottery.

She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.

She leaves her five children, Diane Coutu and her husband, Paul, of Goffstown; Marc Dolbec and his wife, France, of Bow, Sylvie Doiron and her husband, Roland, of Nottingham, Lynda Menard and her husband, Robert, of Fremont, and Raymond Dolbec and his wife, Janice, of Hooksett; 7 grandchildren, Jessica Clukey, Adam Dolbec, Lynn Griffin, Jennifer Doiron, Natalie Menard, Amanda Menard and Connor Dolbec; 3 great grandchildren, Kyle Griffin, Colby Griffin and Addesen Dolbec; five sisters, Carmelle Gauthier, Rita Turcotte, Monique Roy, Ginette Poulin and Yvette Doyon, all of Canada; a brother, Gaston Breton of Canada; a brother in-law, George Dolbec of Manchester; many nieces and nephews.

She was a wonderful mom, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed

Calling hours are Friday from 4 to 8 pm at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Sacred Heart Church. Committal prayers followed in Mount Calvary Mausoleum.
