Oswald R. Rojas

   Oswald R. Rojas, 87, formerly of Manchester, died December 20, 2023 at the home of his son in Derry after a period of declining health.

   He was born in Havana, Cuba on December 28, 1935 to Roberto and Gloria (Gimenez) Rojas. He lived in New York, Florida and New Hampshire.

   On October 24 1964, he was happily married to Adelina Rojas in Nashua, New Hampshire.  

   He worked at Permatech Diamond Tool Company for many years and retired as a manager. He enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking and gardening.

   Oswald was a very loving husband, father and grandfather.  He was predeceased by his wife of 34 years, Adeline (Dalhqvist) Rojas in 1999.

   Oswald is survived by his son, Robert Rojas; his daughter, Rebecca Haidar; his daughter- in- law, Noemi Paredes; his son-in-law, Haissam Haidar; his grandchildren, Grace Rojas, Ali Haidar, Maryam Haidar, Sara Haidar and Farah Haidar; and his brothers, Juan Rojas and Gaston Rojas.

   Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
