Patricia A. Cormier

She was born in Manchester on February 28, 1938, the daughter of John E. and Jennie (McNeil) Hickey. She was educated at OLPH and graduated from Manchester High School Central.

Patricia enjoyed and excelled at playing cards and loved visiting casinos. She was a member of the Alpine Club and above all else cherished the time she spent with her family. The youngest of 13 children, she took great pride in caring for family members and will be remembered as a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Cormier in 1998 and an infant son Daniel J. Cormier.

Family members include her children, Robert J. Cormier Jr. and wife Diane of Weare, Richard R. Cormier and wife Christine of Vero Beach, FL, Donna M. Gamache and husband Gerard of Manchester; eight grandchildren, Melissa Garland, Robert L. Cormier, Theresa Kavalek, Stephanie Gasbarro, Ryan Cormier, Taylor Gamache, Beauman Gamache and Griffin Gamache; her great-grandchildren, Steven, Liam, Gia, and Owen; her siblings, Margaret Fogelman of Indianapolis, Frank Hickey of Raleigh, NC, and Joseph Hickey and wife Bess of Goffstown; her sister-in-law, Pauline Johnson of Allenstown; many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Friday, June 21, 2013 in St. Pius X Church. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
